Ingredients
Needed: 1 cup of Whole Wheat Flour or
Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 cup Rolled Oats
2 1/4 cups of Buttermilk or Sour Milk
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Canola Oil
1 teaspoon Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon of Honey, if desired
The How To:
Cook on a griddle or a frying pan on about 375 degree
heat or until bubbles form on the surface of the
pancake. Flip over once. Makes about 10-15 pancakes.
Hint: Mix up a portion of the dry ingredients and store
in an air tight container. When ready to assemble
measure out 2 cups of the ingredients and just add the
liquid and you will have the Cinnamon Banana Pancake mix
to make or to give away s gifts! Delicious!
