Cilantro Fish Tacos with Sesame
Broccoli Slaw and Cool Cucumber- Dill sauce

Ingredients Needed:

1 pkg of Tilapia fillets
1 pkg of Broccoli Slaw ( in the produce section)
1 Tablespoon of Toasted Sesame Seeds
Fresh cilantro
1 lime
Creole seasoning
Cilantro
Coriander seasoning
Cumin
1 Tablespoon Soy oil or Olive oil
l pkg whole grain tortillas

Sprinkle fish with cumin and coriander seasoning and pepper. Cook fish in oven or with small amount of oil in sauté pan. It will take about 5 minutes on the stove so watch carefully. The oven will take about 15- 20 min on 350 degrees. The fish will become opaque and start to flake up when done.

Prepare Broccoli slaw while fish is cooking. Place slaw in bowl and add oil. Squeeze one lime over the slaw and add Creole seasoning to taste. This is spicy so be sparing until you taste it. Chop some fresh cilantro about 1/3 cup and add to slaw. Add toasted sesame seeds and toss.

Cucumber Dill Sauce

Mix 2 tablespoons of lite mayo, 2 T. tarter sauce and ˝ teas.dried dill.
Add half of 1 finely chopped cucumber to sauce. Mix together.
This is great to serve with the tacos.
