- teas cinnamon
- Pinch of espresso powder
- 8 oz dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup dark sweet dried cherries or dried berry medley
- 1/3 cup whole almonds
Melt chocolate in double boiler or in the microwave until melted.
Chocolate is delicate so watch carefully. Add the cinnamon and espresso powder.
Add nuts and dried fruits.
Mix together and spoon out onto wax paper by heaping teaspoon full.
Let stand until firm about 2 hours or place in refrigerator.
