Ingredients Needed:
- 1 mango cut into bite sized pieces
- cup bite sized pineapple
- Craisins to taste
- Lime vinaigrette
- 1/3 cup of soy or olive oil
- 2 limes juiced
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey
- Salt and pepper
Serve salad on a bed of spinach greens. Shake dressing in a container and serve over salad.
Great warm weather recipe. You can add cooked chicken, turkey or fish for a main dish meal and you didn’t heat up the kitchen.
