Spinach Garlic Bread

Ingredients Needed:

4 cups of spinach leaves
4 cloves of garlic
Beefy 2 Tablespoons of soy or olive oil
chicken stock
2-3 Basil leaves
salt and pepper
l cup grated parmesan

In a food processor, place the spinach, garlic, oil and basil. Pulse for a few seconds.
Add chicken stock to make more spreadable. Add salt, pepper and cheese to taste.
Spread on loaves of French bread. Bake at 400 degrees or broil to crisp 3 minutes under the broiler and 6-7 minutes in a hot oven. Cut in small chunks.
